The AUS-ION™ 22cm Sauteuse is a compact all-rounder designed for versatility and depth. With taller sides than a standard skillet, it's perfect for one-pan cooking from breakfast frittatas and creamy scrambled eggs to baking crusty sourdough, caramelised upside-down cakes, or roasting a small chook.

Crafted from a single piece of clean Australian iron, this sauteuse contains no synthetic coatings and is seasoned naturally with non-GMO rice bran oil. Use it on induction stovetops, inside ovens, or over open flames.
