Shop Online with Free Shipping Australia wide on orders over $100 for homewares and gifts. Homeware orders under $100 and within Australia is a flat $9.95. This offer excludes all furniture, lighting, indoor plants and framed art. 

Furniture, Lighting and Art

Non Bulky Furniture and Lighting  will be charged according to size, weight and destination. Upon receiving your order Open Room will contact you to inform you of lead times and our best delivery estimate.  All consignments sent via courier are sent with a tracking number which will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched.

Furniture and Bulky Items such as Beds, Tables and Sideboards are as follows: 

  • Melbourne Metro $150
  • Sydney Metro $150
  • Adelaide Metro $250
  • Brisbane Metro $200
  • Perth - Please enquire for our best quote
  • Regional - Please enquire for our best quote

Framed Art will be quoted based on size and destination and sent via our art courier.

If items are in stock please allow between 2 – 7 days from the date of order, depending on the destination. We can also offer an express service on special request.

Delivery
Generally deliveries are made Monday to Friday (Public holidays excepted).  
Delivery times will be arranged with you once goods are ready for dispatch. Prior to delivery please provide us with full written details of any difficulty to access eg. stairs, delivery dock, lift etc. Please also advise if you would like furniture assembly included.

Gift Vouchers
We can prepare Gift Vouchers of any price and send these free of charge.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase and will gladly credit or exchange in stock homeware purchases within 7 days providing original package and condition. Any postage/shipping charges for the return of the item must be paid by you.

Please choose carefully regarding furniture orders, we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision particularly on specific items that we don't hold in stock. Where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased on the website, please contact us as soon as you receive it to discuss a return, exchange or replacement.  

Excludes: Please note clearance and sale items cannot be returned, replaced or refunded.
