Part Time Sales and Administration

We are seeking a passionate, creative and warm individual with a positive outlook and a keen interest in sales administration and customer service to work 2-3 days in our new Eltham Showroom.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised and self motivated
  • A strong work ethic and can do attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Use of POS, CRM systems (Shopify and Xero highly regarded) 
  • Customer service, supply chain and warehouse experience in the furniture or architecture industry highly regarded 
Core responsibilities:

 

  • Sales and administration
  • Client facing - meet and greet and assist clients in the showroom
  • Prepare quotations and general assistance to clients 
  • Processing, receiving and tracking deliveries
  • Invoice management and reconciliation
  • Customer service management, follow up and sales development
  • Liasing with suppliers
