Part Time Sales Administration and Studio Management

We are seeking a passionate, diligent, warm individual with a positive outlook and a keen interest in Sales administration and customer service to work 2-3 days in our Collingwood Showroom.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Use of POS, CRM systems (Dear and Xero highly regarded) 
  • Highly organised and self motivated
  • A strong work ethic and can do attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Customer service, supply chain and warehouse experience in the furniture or architecture industry highly regarded
 Core responsibilities:
  • Client facing - meet and greet and assist clients in the showroom
  • Prepare quotations and general assistance to clients and sales team
  • Processing, receiving and tracking deliveries
  • Invoice management and reconciliation
  • Customer service management, follow up and sales development
  • Liasing with suppliers
